Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM (Guests arriving after 6:00 PM must inform us in advance for late check-in arrangements).
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (Late check-out until 1:00 PM is available for $25.00, subject to manager approval).


Cancellation Policies


  • 15 Days or More Before Arrival: $50.00 cancellation fee; the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
  • 14 Days or Less Before Arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Holidays & Special Events (Fantasy Fest, Powerboat Races, Christmas Week, New Year's Eve): A 90-day cancellation policy applies.


Non-arrival guests, for any reason, forfeit their deposit. In the rare event we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a full refund of any payments made.


Terms & Conditions


  • A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is required to secure your booking.
  • The guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older at check-in.
  • Room Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is outlined in the room details on our website. Children under 16 stay free if using existing beds.
  • Additional bedding (sofa bed or rollaway bed) is available for $25.00 per night, subject to availability.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors. A $100 cleaning fee will apply for violations.


Damages & Conduct


  • Guests are responsible for any damages, including breakages, stains, or lost keys. A replacement fee will apply for lost keys.
  • All guests must respect the privacy and peace of other guests, neighbors, and the property. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if this agreement is violated.


Pet Policy


  • Pet Policy:Dogs only...there will be a pet fee of $35 per night added to your stay.
  • Pets are the sole responsibility of the owner and the owner indemnifies and holds The Key West Hotel LLC and all affiliates, employees, and contract workers harmless from any and all liability due to their pet or service animal for damages and any harm done to any individual and or other pets or service animals on our property.
  • In the event that there is additional cleaning to your room due to your pet or service animal, you will be billed at $125 per hour plus additional materials if needed.
  • Pets must be on a leash while on the property at all times.
